Payments & Shipping Policies


We use POSLAJU, POS EXPRESS or PARCEL POST services which will provide tracking system.

Payment received before 12.00pm will be shipped on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.

If  you have any questions about our policies and procedures, please email us at tifarageetars@gmail.com or call us at 018 244 0038 (10am - 7pm).

Buyers from outside Malaysia need to email to tifarageetars@gmail.com for payment instructions and postage fees.

Please note that any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or public holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Before making any payments please notify my through email or phone to confirm stock availability.

Upon confirmation of payment, delivery is usually within 10 business days for Peninsular Malaysia. Delivery for Sabah and Sarawak may take up to 14 business days.

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange a receiver for the shipment. Tifara Network can only ensure that we ship to the correct address supplied to us. It is advisable to consider having work/office address as receiving address over residential address.

 In the event that the stock is not available, the purchaser shall be notified and stock will be delivered once available or the purchaser has the option of a full refund.

All products shipped out are deemed to be in good condition and order
